We are seeking a Programme Support Officer for an immediate start in a dynamic council role based in Oxford City. This position offers hybrid working and involves providing essential data support, reporting, and analysis related to the department's work programmes and budgets. It is ideal for candidates with a strong background in reporting and database management, particularly within housing or property sectors.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist in providing data support, reporting, and analysis on the department's work programmes and budgets.
  • Utilise a variety of databases, CRM, and Microsoft packages to manage and report data effectively.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the team, including raising orders and running compliance reports to ensure that risk assessments and remedial works are up-to-date.
  • Monitor the completion of works and liaise with tenants and contractors to ensure effective communication and project progression.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proficient in using databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience in housing or property management systems is highly advantageous.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with tenants and contractors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
