Salesforce Administrator and Contract Renewals. We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-growing company in the RegTech SaaS sector.

As the business expands due to global regulatory shifts, they are looking to strengthen their sales operations to support continued growth. This is a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Operations Manager and enhancing the efficiency of sales admin processes and lower level contract renewals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of sales data on Salesforce, managing some client renewals, and supporting ongoing configuration improvements to the Salesforce system. Your key tasks will include developing and maintaining up-to-date dashboards, overseeing contract paperwork, and working closely with sales teams to streamline workflows. The goal is to drive sales productivity and operational efficiency, contributing directly to the success of the sales function.

We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration / operations or business sales administration within a software environment. You should be highly proficient with Salesforce and Microsoft Office, possess excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
