Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and experienced Temporary Administrator to work for a local college Oxford until December 2024

Role: Administrator

Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum

Location: Oxford

Hours: Full time - Temporary

Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:

  • Enrolment of new students (undergraduate and graduate) on our system - we expect at least 300 new students.
  • The issue of University cards and answering in-person queries from new students.
  • Checking visas of overseas students (and some staff and visitors).
  • Printing and making up new student record files.
  • Checking receipt of enrolment documentation and chasing up missing documentation.
  • Administration of graduate scholarships, student prizes, awards and grants (including travel and study grants).
  • Responding to requests for academic transcripts and verifications.

About you:

  • The administration of college examinations.
  • The administration of undergraduate and graduate admissions.
  • Undergraduate and graduate induction events and activities.
  • General inquires to the College Office, in person, by email and by phone.
