Tenancy Management Support Officer - Office based - Oxfordshire - 6 months

A client of mine has reached out as they are on the hunt for a Tenancy Management Support Officer to join their team on an interim basis

Your role will include the following:

  • Taking on phone duty when being in the office
  • Monitoring the duty inbox and allocating work.
  • Visiting garages within the are and working through estimated 500 keys (fuel and mileage will be expensed from the office location)

You must have experience in:

  • Administration skills from a previous role or assignment.
  • Extensive experience in working with databases and processing information.
  • IT skills and to be able to keep organised whilst working with a lot of admin.
  • You must hold a full in date driving license and own a vehicle.
