Manpower is looking for Helpdesk Operatives to join our clients growing team in Headington. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A customer-focused approach is essential, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide quick resolutions to customer issues. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year's customer service experience, be IT literate and have experience of using customer service software. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is also required.
Details:
- Shift pattern: the helpdesk is open 24/7 - days / nights / weekends shift available, desirable for you to be able to do cover all shifts.
- Payrate: 12.21 per hour
- Length of assignment : Temp on going.
