We are working closely with a reputable and industry recognised provider of Asbestos Management services across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to take on an experienced and BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. You will be familiar with carrying out the full range of surveying duties, including sampling of suspected ACMs in line with HSG 264 guidelines. The successful candidate will be covering contracts across the South Midlands & South Central region.
Covering South Midlands, South Central and the surrounding areas: Birmingham, Dudley, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Tamworth, Lichfield, Marston Green, Halesowen, Stourbridge, Solihull, Stratford upon Avon, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry, Droitwich Spa, Worcester, , Bicester, Abington, Witney, Buckingham, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Banbury, Towcester, Northampton, Wellingborough, Swindon, Marlborough, Witney, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Stroud, Cirencester, Tidworth, Andover, Basingstoke, Winchester, Camberley, Brackley, Guildford, Aldershot, Sailsbury.
Experience & Qualifications:
" BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as an Asbestos Surveyor.
" Carrying out surveying duties in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Organising workload in line with company and client needs.
" Liaising with clients and colleagues efficiently.
The Role:
" Covering Commercial and Domestic site, carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" Undertaking sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to safely bag and correctly label prior to sending for analysis.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
" Providing excellent consultancy support and advice to clients.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
