Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Processing and approving expenses
  • Processing invoices
  • Verifying payments
  • Reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records of payments to suppliers and vendors
  • Liaising with suppliers to make financial decisions
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions

Profile

The Accounts Payable Clerk will be/have:

  • Experience in an Accounts Payable role/s
  • Computer literate with experience using Accounting system/s
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience in a busy Finance team
  • Able to work as part of a team but also independently (the role is mostly standalone)
  • Immediately available
