Description
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for:
- Processing and approving expenses
- Processing invoices
- Verifying payments
- Reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate records of payments to suppliers and vendors
- Liaising with suppliers to make financial decisions
- Ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions
Profile
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be/have:
- Experience in an Accounts Payable role/s
- Computer literate with experience using Accounting system/s
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience in a busy Finance team
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently (the role is mostly standalone)
- Immediately available
