- Preparing invoices and managing the monthly invoicing cycle.
- Credit control - liaising with clients regarding their accounts and any overdue payments.
- Ensure file management is accurate usually Microsoft Word.
- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as emails, mail and telephone enquiries.
- Providing general support for wider finance team as and when required.
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper, accounts receivable or credit control.
- Excellent IT skills with a strong command of Microsoft Applications; Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent client care.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisation and administration abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Tuesday & Wednesday AM, 9:30am-12:30pm (flexible).
- Hourly rate £18 per hour.
- Holidays pro-rata, plus bank holidays.
