Are you someone who is looking for a part-time bookkeeping/administrative role?Do you have previous experience as an accounts receivable or credit controller?And are you looking to add a few extra hours to your current working week?Our client is a reputable business based in Oxford, that offers a range of legal services and advice. They are now looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper, on a 12 months Fixed-Term Contract to work a couple of days a week, preferably Tuesday & Wednesday mornings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bookkeeper, accounts receivable or credit control. The candidate will be preparing and managing invoices and using reporting systems to ensure all relevant documents and payments are up to date. In return the business will offer you a great working environment with a close-knit team who all strive to see one another succeed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing invoices and managing the monthly invoicing cycle.
  • Credit control - liaising with clients regarding their accounts and any overdue payments.
  • Ensure file management is accurate usually Microsoft Word.
  • Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as emails, mail and telephone enquiries.
  • Providing general support for wider finance team as and when required.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as a bookkeeper, accounts receivable or credit control.
  • Excellent IT skills with a strong command of Microsoft Applications; Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Demonstrated commitment to excellent client care.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisation and administration abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Additional Information
  • Tuesday & Wednesday AM, 9:30am-12:30pm (flexible).
  • Hourly rate £18 per hour.
  • Holidays pro-rata, plus bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Parking near site.
