A well-established aerospace company is looking for an experienced Project Planner to join their Customisation & Development team. This role will focus on managing project schedules, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget for defence, emergency services, and VIP clients.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project schedules to support on-time and cost-effective delivery.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and put recovery plans in place when needed.
  • Report key project updates to senior management.
  • Ensure project controls, risk management, and cost-tracking processes are followed.
  • Support improvements in planning tools and processes.


What You'll Need:

  • Experience using project planning tools like P6, MS Project, and Google-based planning tools.
  • A background in managing project schedules in an engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of work breakdown structures, resource planning, and critical path analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
  • A recognised project management qualification (AMPMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience.
