RME Consultants is delighted to be working with this reputable client based in Oxford, who is looking for a dynamic and Sales-focused individual to join their team as a Business Development Executive.
Role: Business Development Executive
Salary: 27,000 - 37,000 Per annum + 10,000 commission
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Main Duties for the Business Development Executive:
- Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quotas by identifying and profiling business opportunities.
- Assess customer needs and present tailored sales solutions to highlight the benefits of new products.
- Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients and support channel partners.
- Prepare accurate sales order paperwork to ensure proper configurations and solutions for customers.
- Oversee the order process through internal procedures, ensuring approval from Sales, Ordering, and Installation teams.
- Provide timely reports, including weekly and monthly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and prospecting results.
- Stay updated on company products, technologies, and industry trends.
Experience Required for the Business Development Executive:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment
- Excellent telephone skills
- High degree of accuracy
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks and issues
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product information
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
