Business Manager

Background and Role
Our client's practice is keen to secure an experienced Primary Care Business Manager to join their successful team.

The role will involve overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a 2-site practice in Oxford ensuring efficiency and financial control. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the Practice through strategy and managing the day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will be commercially savvy and have experience working in healthcare. They will be a capable leader able to provide direction that boosts performance. The objective will be to ensure long-term success and provide the best patient care.

Salary

• £70k - £85k
• 37.5 hrs a week

Your role

• Overseeing, controlling, and managing financial matters within agreed authority levels
• Plan, Implement, and oversee growth-enhancing processes
• Ensure targets are met regarding patient access
• Manage employee activities
• Establish and develop stakeholder relationships
• Set cost limits and oversee the practice's overall financial controls.
• Sustain a plan to forecast, target, and achieve profitable outcomes
