Facilities Assistant

Our client, a progressive Top 100 law firm, is seeking a Facilities Assistant to manage daily operations in the Facilities & Front of House department. You will handle mailroom duties, assist internal clients with stationery requests, provide reprographics support, ensure cleaning standards, and facilitate health and safety inductions.

Key responsibilities include managing mailroom duties, supporting internal clients, ordering supplies, investigating maintenance issues, overseeing cleaning standards, assisting with procurement, planning office moves, managing storeroom and kitchen standards, and conducting health and safety inductions.

The ideal candidate will have facilities experience, at least 5 GCSEs (A-C) including English and Maths, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and previous customer service experience. Experience in a legal environment is a plus. Strong organizational skills and a focus on client service are essential.
