Description

You will have responsibility for 7 part time cleaners, 2 Front of House team members during the day and 3 Out of Hours team members, this role reporting in to the overall site manager for the area.

The role will involve people management - dealing with, rotas, sickness or holiday cover, organising contingent labour, and motivating the team, and creating a good place to work for the team. There will be administration duties, using WorkDay for timesheets etc and other management related admin.

You will look after stock control for cleaning and conduct daily quality checks and spot checking cleaning standards and escalating maintenance issues to the maintenance team.

As manager for the front of house, you will be on hand to troubleshoot issues or complaints, and have a customer facing role, providing an excellent standard of environment for the residents.

The role will be based around normal office hours, but you may be contacted out of hours if there is a major incident, although this would not be a regular occurrence.

Profile

The candidate for this role would have student accommodation, mobilisation, building, facilities or front of house management experience and have a positive attitude. Not afraid to get stuck in, and good with people, if you can start soon for this short term interim contract, we would like to hear from you.

Job Offer

Hourly / Daily rate to be confirmed, commensurate with the equivalent permanent salary for the post, and the role will be immediate for 3 months initially then ongoing.
