Salary- Up to £36,000 DOE all inclusive

Do you have a passion for excellence, a flair for fine dining at 3AA Rosette standards, and a commitment to delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

You will be working in a dynamic, new, high-energy kitchen seating 40 covers serving seasonal menus, whilst working with a Michelin 3AA trained Head Chef and small team

The kitchen is new and pushing to achieve 3AA rosettes

Requirements:

Ideally you will have stable experience in multi rosette/Michelin establishments.

A proven ability to run kitchen sections efficiently and confidently under the guidance of the head chef

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
