You will be working in a dynamic, new, high-energy kitchen seating 40 covers whilst serving seasonal dessert menus, whilst working with a Michelin 3AA trained Head Chef and small team
The kitchen is new and pushing to achieve 3AA rosettes

Requirements:
You must have stable experience in multi rosette establishments.
A proven ability to run the Pastry section efficiently and confidently under the guidance of the head chef
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to consistently deliver excellence under pressure.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays
