The Role
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling and testing sophisticated sub-assemblies, ensuring that tools and products meet stringent quality and performance standards. - Process Improvement: Actively contribute to the refinement of manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality.

What's Required?
The ideal candidate for the role will have the following:
- An educational qualification (e.g., HND) or higher in a relevant discipline such as Electro-mechanical assembly
- Strong experience in a Manufacturing Technician role
- Experience in building and testing complex high-technology products
- Knowledge of optical systems, including lasers and fibres, electronics, and electro-mechanics would be highly beneficial
