The Role
This is an excellent Analytical Chemist role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Analytical Chemist will be responsible for performing routine tests and analysing the results to support the business - joining an established R&D team. The successful Analytical Chemist will likely have a relevant postgraduate degree in a related field, such as functional polymer chemistry, or analytical chemistry, but may also have a background in mineral analysis or selective metal separation.

The Analytical Chemist will join an Oxford-university spin-out and R&D organisation, who are making ground-breaking strides in the development of clean, green, sustainable initiatives. The Analytical Chemist will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is Full-time in office/lab, based-in Oxford

What's Required?
The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:

A relevant postgraduate degree within a relevant area such as chemistry environmental sciences, polymer chemistry, analytical chemistry or similar

Prior experience working on method development & validation for organic and inorganic analytical techniques

Prior experience leading / mentoring junior members of staff
