Business Development Manager - Job Description:

  • The purpose of the role is to develop sales, the operations and profitability of Existing and New Franchisees, in order to meet targets for growth and profitability.
  • To promote the brand to maximize new sales growth and New Franchisee recruitment.
  • To assist New Franchisees and ensure they are fully trained in contract start up procedures.
  • To work closely with existing Franchises to assist them in reaching their annual sales target growth by identifying regional sales opportunities, prospects, and marketing ambition.
  • To offer support to Franchisees and actively promote support through paid telesales and purchase of sales leads or contracts through the sales growth scheme.
  • To review on a quarterley basis with existing franchisees performance against Sales targets and Sales Growth Scheme requirements. To help develop action plans to resolve any shortfalls that arise including any training requirements.

  • Previous experience of working in the cleaning or soft facilities sector
