We are seeking a Customer Relations Manager to join a leading private hire firm in Oxford. This role is pivotal in developing and maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be the face of the company, coordinating with drivers and team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold the company’s reputation as a trusted transportation provider.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Present and promote services to existing and prospective accounts using industry knowledge.
  • Identify client needs to maximise potential from each account.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Generate prospective leads and achieve set targets and goals within tight deadlines.
  • Handle client complaints professionally to maximise satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively across the business to ensure the desired outcome.
  • Manage daily area planning and route management.
  • Share best practices and feedback to continuously improve services.
  • Attend networking and business events to promote the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent phone and email manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn CRM and dispatch systems (training provided).
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices and the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with excellent communication and observational skills.
