Reed are delighted to be working with a client near Central Oxford for the recruitment of a Customer Success Manager to join their team. 

The Customer Success Manager will be at the forefront of shaping the customer experience. They're seeking a proactive individual with a knack for fostering strong customer relationships and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Your role will involve:

  • Cultivating lasting relationships with account customers to enhance their success.
  • Collaborating with our dedicated customer service teams for seamless account management.
  • Overseeing the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring they maximize the benefits of our solutions.
  • Providing comprehensive on-the-job training to ensure thorough understanding of our systems.
  • Utilizing innovative tools like heatmaps and pivot tables to showcase the value of our data.
  • Handling escalations and working closely with accounts to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintaining data accuracy and staying abreast of industry regulations
