Role Purpose

As a Programme Support Officer, you will:

  • Support the Data Management Analyst and Health and Safety Surveyors with property-related data management.
  • Maintain and update data systems to ensure accurate information recording.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports to evaluate performance and monitor progress.
  • Organize contractor performance meetings and process orders and invoices.
  • Provide support for insurance claims, sales pack requests, and right to buy applications.
Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Maintain the stock condition database and update with new data.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports for government statistical returns and compliance monitoring.
  • Asset Management: Assist with database setup and maintenance for effective asset management.
  • Health and Safety: Work with Health and Safety Surveyors to maintain and update systems.
  • Team Support: Organize documents, draft correspondence, and assist with meetings.
Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in reporting and database management.
  • Experience with housing or property management systems is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Microsoft packages.
