Your new role:
- You will be overseeing a team of 6engineers.
- This is a static position covering a critical site in Oxford.
- This is a 50/50 split managing and on the tools.
- Develop and implement PPM timelines, ensuring PPMS or reactive works, or minor works are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and growth.
- Regularly assess client needs and collaborate with the engineering team to propose solutions that align with client goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- We are keen to speak to supervisors withelectrical qualifications and backgrounds.
- You will need to hold 2391 and 18th edition.
- Experience in a critical or pharametic site
