We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in both commercial and residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and possess the necessary skills to lead a team effectively.
Electrical SupervisorResponsibilities:
- Oversee all electrical installations and maintenance tasks in both commercial and residential settings as an Electrical Supervisor.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure all work aligns with specifications and standards expected from an Electrical Supervisor.
- Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits, addressing any issues that arise during the course of work as the Electrical Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours as an Electrical Supervisor.
- Ensure that all electrical systems are compliant with local regulations and codes under the oversight of the Electrical Supervisor.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.
Electrical Supervisor Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- GOLD CSCS card minimum
