Based at Oxford Science Park

Our client based at Oxford Science Park is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide clerical and admin support to their site operations

Main Tasks

  • Preparation of induction documentation and Health and Safety packs
  • Maintaining site files with the company Management System.
  • Scanning, photocopying, filing documents
  • Updating the training database as required
  • Maintaining the site’s CAD drawing registers and files.
  • Administration of the company (Quality Management System).
  • Arranging site meetings and taking minutes as appropriate.
  • Liaising with the Project Team and other sub-contractors as required.
  • Assisting with booking and co-ordinating deliveries to site.
  • Placing orders for materials/work equipment, with suppliers.
  • Keeping all records up to date

Person Spec

  • Strong administration experience.
  • Experience of working as a Site Administrator on a construction site is essential.
  • Current CSCS card would be an advantage.
  • Excellent IT skills in Microsoft programmes, especially Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Fieldview (or other Quality Management System) essential.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised, diligent and methodical.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good team player.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
