Your new company
Your new company is a well-known housing association working in and around Oxforshire and has a number of properties. They help to provide homes and services for affordable rent and properties. They are looking to recruit a Health & Safety Manager on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new role
In your new role as a Health and Safety Manager, you will report to the Head of Asset Management and be responsible for building safety and effectively managing all aspects of landlord compliance including fire, Legionella, asbestos, gas, electricity, lifts & other associated risk areas. You will also develop effective management systems, report progress and ensure the association remains compliant with relevant landlord health and safety legislation, statutory requirements, codes of practice and key performance indicator targets.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience working with landlords or within the housing sector (desirable). You will also need to have previous compliance and health and safety experience and an excellent understanding of legislative requirements associated with managing the big 6 of compliance. You must have a Driving Licence and RTW in the UK.
