We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reward & Compensation Partner to join our client in South Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing reward strategies. This a full time, permanent role with hybrid working options.

Description

The Reward & Compensation Partner will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies in line with company objectives
  • Work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure reward strategies are fair and motivating
  • Collaborate with senior management to understand departmental reward needs
  • Evaluate current methodology and work with the Director of Reward to make improvements
  • Prepare and present reports on reward strategy effectiveness
  • Participate in reward benchmarking exercises within the life science industry

Profile

A successful Reward & Compensation Partner should have:

  • In-depth knowledge of reward strategies and compensation packages
  • Proficiency in HRIS and related software
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Experience in a global organisation
