Description
The Reward & Compensation Partner will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement comprehensive reward strategies in line with company objectives
- Work closely with the Human Resources team to ensure reward strategies are fair and motivating
- Collaborate with senior management to understand departmental reward needs
- Evaluate current methodology and work with the Director of Reward to make improvements
- Prepare and present reports on reward strategy effectiveness
- Participate in reward benchmarking exercises within the life science industry
Profile
A successful Reward & Compensation Partner should have:
- In-depth knowledge of reward strategies and compensation packages
- Proficiency in HRIS and related software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in a global organisation
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of 60,000 - 75,000 dependent on experience
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday
