Working with an excellent client of ours, we are recruiting for a Trainee Talent Acquisition Administrator to join the growing Recruitment team.
You will work in a busy and fast-paced environment to provide a proactive recruitment service across the business offices across the country.


Responsibilities include:
- Managing the internal inbox, responding promptly to queries and actioning requests where necessary
- Reviewing applicants, working with the wider team to assess candidate suitability
- Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews
- Liaise with candidates to arrange interviews and assist with their preparation
- Provide general administration support to the Recruitment team
- Manage communication with external recruitment agencies who are supporting recruitment
- Publish job adverts across external job boards and review applications

Criteria:
- University degree or a minimum of 3 A Levels
- Experience in a administrative role, strong IT skills
- A proactive individual who is eager to learn
