CREDIT CONTROLLER - UP TO £18.50/HR - ASAP START DATE - OXFORD - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic business in Oxford that are looking for a full-time Credit Controller to join the team ASAP for 2-3 months.

Responsibilities:

Managing customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment plans.
Resolving invoice queries and working closely with the sales and finance teams.
Preparing reports on debtor balances and aged debt.
Supporting the wider finance team with month-end tasks and reconciliations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a credit control role.
Experience in a professional services environment ideal.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
