We are excited to partner with a dynamic business located in Central Oxford that are seeking a Credit Controller to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience to grow in a supportive environment, offering hybrid working and a salary of up to £32,000.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with clients for timely receipt of payments
  • Creating and issuing monthly statements
  • Manage any client queries
  • Issuing credit notes
  • Preparing reports for a weekly credit control meeting
  • Investigating and monitoring new client contracts to ensure adherence to the agreed payment terms and registering new portals
  • Manage the collection of withholding taxes
  • Monitoring deferred payment schemes
  • Calculating monthly bad debt provisions
  • Assisting with cash flow forecasting

About you:

  • Good IT skills including Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, to manage multiple tasks
  • Inquisitive mindset
  • Experience of working in a professional firm (desirable)
