Customer Support Representative

Reed is currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Kidlington for a dedicated Customer Support Representative. You will play a crucial role in maintaining their strong market position and accredited regulatory status. This role is perfect for someone who is a team player, capable of forming strong customer relationships, and committed to upholding our high standards through strict adherence to processes.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support customers with product and process inquiries via email, telephone, and eventually online chat.
  • Process all orders with 100% accuracy in Agresso, ensuring all records are updated with any additions, amendments, or terminations.
  • Maintain 100% regulatory compliance and adhere to FORTIVE compliance processes, flagging any concerns.
  • Engage with the wider team, including US operations and the UK & Ireland sales team.
  • Use Zendesk to manage customer queries and escalate technical and system queries via the internal SDP process.
  • Attend customer or company meetings/events as required, mostly via Microsoft Teams.
  • Support the wider office team in task processing as needed, especially during absences, which may include shipping, receiving, and credit control assistance.
  • Provide feedback to the manager on any trends or anomalies that cause concern.
  • Use FBS tools to strive for continuous improvement and identify cross-selling opportunities within Fluke Health Solutions.
  • Act with a high degree of maturity and integrity at all times and carry out any other additional duties as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience with multiple IT platforms, including Microsoft.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making skills coupled with the ability to problem solve.
  • Experience of working cross-functionally.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting customer expectations as measured by KPIs.
