We are looking for a Customer Services Associate to support our Customer Solutions team. You'll manage order processing, compliance, and Export Control regulations, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

As Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities include:

  • Process orders efficiently, working with regional and offshore teams.
  • Support service teams, resolving queries and escalations.
  • Ensure compliance using D&B software and obtain necessary Export Control approvals.
  • Work with third-party vendors and global logistics partners.
  • Manage complex orders in Microsoft Dynamics D365.
  • Optimize processes with sales and service teams.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in customer service and order processing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar systems.
  • Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
