We are looking for a Customer Services Associate to support our Customer Solutions team. You'll manage order processing, compliance, and Export Control regulations, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
As Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities include:
- Process orders efficiently, working with regional and offshore teams.
- Support service teams, resolving queries and escalations.
- Ensure compliance using D&B software and obtain necessary Export Control approvals.
- Work with third-party vendors and global logistics partners.
- Manage complex orders in Microsoft Dynamics D365.
- Optimize processes with sales and service teams.
Experience Required:
- Experience in customer service and order processing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics D365 or similar systems.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
