My client is an established and successful organisation within the Life Sciences sector. There is now an opportunity to join the HR team as a Systems & Data Manager.

This is a high profile role and you will be the subject matter expert providing solutions to the HR Leadership team and wider business and act as a SuccessFactors Super User and be responsible for all HRIS projects and operational maintenance. You must be able to demonstrate you have strong SuccessFactors and excel skills.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

Data analytics including monthly and annual cycles and liaising closely with HR and Finance colleagues.

Act as a project manager to drive collaboration across the business.

Lead on a systems harmonisation to align the various geographical regions.

Act as a mentor to less experienced members of the team

Focus on continuous improvement and implement new systems modules.

You will be a team player, enjoy using your initiative and have strong communication skills to build relationships across the business.

This is a hybrid role with the expectation of working in the office 2-3 days a week
