Motorcycle Business/Retail Manager required in Oxford.

£27,500 basic salary with £50,000+ uncapped annual earnings.
Guaranteed 5-day week, Monday to Saturday, with one scheduled day off in the week.

A rare and not-to-miss opportunity has become available for a Business/Retail Manager at our client's franchise-approved motorcycle dealership located in Oxford.Reporting to the Sales Manager and working alongside a friendly sales team, you will be responsible for leading and directing the daily activity of a sales team in the achievement of their objectives. This will take the form of managing the customer journey for all enquiries into the business, as well as shaping the outbound activity necessary to create appointments from our database, finance system, and busy Service Department diary.To be eligible, you will need to have experience in enquiry management using a modern CRM platform and be skilled in managing all areas of the sales funnel whilst at the same time providing coaching and support to the sales team. A good understanding of retail vehicle finance processes is a requirement, as is the need to become FCA qualified and to uphold all the FCA principles of ‘treating customers fairly’. Whilst relevant experience could well have been gained in a car or commercial vehicle sales operation, the successful Business / Retail Manager must have an active UK motorcycle licence or be a self-professed "biker" with an active interest in everything two wheels.
