What’s the package?

Upto £38k including allowances

25 days AL plus bank holidays

Predominantly day shift, but with some flexibility

What’s the role?

You will lead the service locally to provide gold standard support to it’s customers in their supported living residence. 

You’ll inspire your team to meet standards of quality in their provision, driving a high performing team to really change the lives of these customers.

As well as monitoring and maintaining standards, you’ll coach and develop your team using your own experience and shared best practice and industry qualifications

As the service lead you’ll have great knowledge of CQC regulations and be able to manage and implement both policy and process for Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
