Job DescriptionPeripatetic Home Manager - Oxfordshire40 hours per weekSalary: From £65,000 + Car allowanceWe are looking for a compassionate and skilled Peripatetic Manager to join our client's managerial team, supporting multiple care homes across the Oxfordshire area. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure exceptional care for residents in five nursing homes and two residential homes. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to high-quality care and regulatory excellence.Qualifications
  • Nursing Qualification: Registered Nurse with a current NMC pin (RGN or RMN).
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Home Manager or Peripatetic Manager in a nursing or care environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication skills and a commitment to fostering positive relationships.
