Reed are currently partnered with a Fashion Brand company to recruit for an Office Coordinator to ensure their day-to-day operations run smoothly. This role involves handling administrative tasks, supporting managerial staff, and liaising with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, flexible, and have strong communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Handle internal and external communications with stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and manage stock.
  • Complete various administrative tasks including opening post, sending out letters, and ensuring office supplies are replenished.
  • Process customer orders and returns, and follow up on customer feedback with managers.
  • Support the Sales and PR teams with queries, customer orders, and send outs.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Manager on inbound deliveries and manage supplier barcode allocation and confirmation.
  • Ensure the returns of all brands are processed within 48 hours of items being returned to HQ.
  • Maintain professionalism and build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience within an administrative based role.
  • PC literate with proficient IT and administration skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work dynamically within a team and adapt to changing environments.
