Are you a passionate and experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading provider of luxury retirement living, is looking for a Registered Home Manager to join their team in Witney. You'll be entrusted with a significant responsibility, leading a team to provide the highest quality of care to their residents.

This role offers an attractive salary of up to £84,000, including a 20% bonus guaranteed for the first 6 months and a £5,000 welcome bonus. You'll be working in a beautiful setting, with a team committed to providing an aspirational lifestyle for their residents. As the Registered Home Manager, you'll be:

  • Leading the team to ensure safe and effective care for residents
  • Ensuring all units comply with CQC standards
  • Maintaining a safe environment for residents
  • Responsible for staff levels and overall operation
  • Working with senior professionals to strengthen clinical practice and resident care
  • Developing strong relationships with LAs, CQC, and Primary Care Trust commissioners

  • NMC PIN (highly desirable but not essential)
