Hours: 8am - 5pm
Salary: £39,900 per annum

Trevett Servicesare currently searching for a Maintenance Electrician (static site)for a Permanentrole based in the Oxford Area in a Research Facility.
- Confidently handle all PPM and Reactive Maintenance.
- Mechanical Maintenance across the site.
- Defect Investigation.
- Resolving Defects.
- Modifications and Installations of Mechanical Building Services/ Plant in Lab buildings and support areas.
- Technical Support for the mechanical teams and estate.
- Production of site surveys and plant schedules.
- Mechanical Engineering (HVAC) qualification or equivalent.
- Experience with Installation, repair and maintenance of mechanical plan equipment.
- Health and Safety regulations knowledge.
- Flexible to participate in on call system.
- On call bonus of 10% (Up to £5k bonus per annum)
