Head of Nature Risk Solutions - What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement nature risk solution applications to support biodiversity and sustainability.• Lead sales and marketing strategies in Japan and East Asia to expand market presence.• Serve as a trusted advisor on risk assessment methods and nature risk solutions.• Plan and develop new solutions to address evolving risks related to nature and biodiversity.• Promote nature-related initiatives and foster collaboration within their Group companies.

Head of Nature Risk Solutions - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:• Expertise in biodiversity, environmental disclosures, and frameworks • Proven experience in product planning, development, and bringing solutions to market.• Strong sales and marketing skills, particularly in engaging with Japanese companies.• Master’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., natural capital, environmental science).• Fluent in Japanese and English, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.• IT proficiency with a keen interest in new technologies• Strong leadership and business development skills in the sustainability sector.• Ability to translate complex environmental concepts into marketable solutions.• Proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on driving innovation.• Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
