We are delighted to be working with one of Oxford's most well established colleges who are recruiting for a Conference and Events Coordinator to be responsible for the smooth running of the Conference and Events Office, ensuring organisation, customer service and communication is a priority.
As the Conference and Events Coordinator, you will be working a 37.5 hour week within a short term temporary role of 1 week, with the possibility of extension.
Your responsibilities will include:
. Assisting with organising and coordinating events
. Event Administration, raising invoices and creating event brochures
. Responding to telephone and email enquiries from colleagues, suppliers and clients
. Liaising with the communication and catering team to ensure events will run smoothly
The ideal candidate will have:
. Experience working within the sales/conference/events sector
. Good IT skills
. Have excellent attention to details and be customer focused
. Communicative, proactive and organised attributes
