A hard working and fun loving team who know how to deliver magical spaces for their clients from stretch tents to marquees with bespoke offerings of dance floors, furniture, lighting and bars to make each event unique.
Covering various areas of the UK and with two main UK bases, they are well known for their originality and creative solutions for their clients whether covering a wedding or corporate away day they take immense pride in their work as well as their team welfare.  Â
THE ROLE
They are now looking for an Operations Manager to join the team and take responsibility for managing the build of marquees and structures. This will be a hands on role as well as the taking responsibility for managing onsite teams and clients. Each day will start from the yard in Oxfordshire loading the vans and travelling to site for the build/de-rig.
The range of duties will include:
•            Leading, mentoring and managing large onsite teams
•            Liaising with clients onsite as required
•            Assisting the team with builds
•            Travelling to site to oversee installs and problem solve as required
•            Managing operational responsibilities of projects day to day
•            Yard and stock managemennt
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of outdoor events and infrastructure. Specific marquee experience is not essential however an understanding of the event sector is a must. A Full UK Driving licence is essential.
