We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced, customer-focused quick-service restaurant. As the Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping to lead a motivated team to success.

Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and staff management
- Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver top-quality service
- Assist with training and development of team members to ensure high standards of performance
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and feedback quickly and effectively
- Help manage stock levels, orders, and inventory control
- Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Monitor financial performance, including labor costs and sales, to help meet targets
- Handle opening and closing procedures, including cash management
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a fast-paced, quick-service or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiences
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to manage and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- A solid understanding of health and safety practices in the workplace
