Join our corporate team as an Executive Assistant and provide comprehensive support services to our local team. This role is ideal for someone with a professional services background, preferably with experience supporting legal professionals. You will have the autonomy to manage your daily tasks while being an integral part of our team, aligned with our firm’s values and committed to maintaining strong relationships across the business and with clients.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Manage and delegate tasks to support teams, including multiple lawyers, ensuring efficient workflow and prioritisation.
  • Organise and attend business development and project meetings, handle travel arrangements, and manage event logistics.
  • Engage in networking and use platforms like LinkedIn to enhance business relationships and firm visibility.
  • Support client service excellence by managing client/matter creation, ensuring compliance, and handling client communications.
  • Coordinate diary management, ensuring all appointments are well-organised with necessary documentation and follow-ups.
  • Oversee financial and billing processes, including liaising with finance teams, preparing invoices, and managing expense claims.
  • Utilise firm’s digital technologies for data management and client services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a professional services environment, ideally supporting legal professionals.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office and data management software.
  • Ability to build sustainable relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resilient and open to taking on new responsibilities and challenges.
