Reed are currently recruiting for a company based in Oxford who are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support services to a dynamic group of professionals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in a professional services environment, particularly those experienced in supporting legal professionals. You will have the autonomy to manage your day effectively while being an integral part of our team.

Day-to-Day of the Role:
  • Manage and support 5-6 professionals within the Corporate, Commercial, and Construction teams.
  • Utilise internal resources such as the Document Production team, Administrative Assistants, and Business Services to delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Engage in business development activities including managing team meetings, arranging travel, and attending events.
  • Deliver outstanding client service, manage client/matter creation, and ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Coordinate diary appointments, manage financial housekeeping meetings with lawyers, and assist in billing and finance-related tasks.
  • Prioritise and manage workflow effectively, ensuring high-quality output from support teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar support role, either as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant 
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and building sustainable relationships.
  • Good understanding of client service and experience in handling confidential information.
  • Competence in digital technology and data management systems.
