ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are looking for a Room Leader, Assistant Deputy manager and a Nursery Practitioner level 2 or Level 3 at a children’s day nursery for our client in Oxfordshire.

This nursery position offers support, development and progression opportunities, and a salary negotiable depending on experience.

Your role will include:

  • Supervising and supporting a team and the children in working towards their Early Years learning goals
  • Planning and implementing children’s learning and play activities
  • Observing and assessing children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
  • Work in partnership with colleagues, parents and/or careers to meet the individual needs of children

You will ideally have:

  • A level 3 Nursery Nurse / Early Years qualification such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE or recognised equivalent
  • A good understanding of the EYFS
  • An understanding of planning, observing and record-keeping procedures
  • Good communication and people skills
