Their friendly team is committed to professional development, and are looking for a motivated Commercial Account Handler to join the team.Role Overview:As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, working with premiums up to £300,000 GWP, although the majority will be lower. Your expertise will help the clients navigate their insurance needs while contributing to the growth of the business.Key Responsibilities:

Handle a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing excellent service and support to clients.
Assist in the preparation of quotations, renewals, and adjustments for various classes of commercial insurance.
Collaborate with underwriters and clients to ensure comprehensive coverage and competitive pricing.
Maintain accurate records in our systems, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and providing tailored solutions.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Support the team in achieving business goals and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial account handling role.
Ideally, experience with Acturis or similar insurance software.
Strong understanding of various classes of commercial insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
