Their friendly team is committed to professional development, and are looking for a motivated Commercial Account Handler to join the team.Role Overview:As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, working with premiums up to £300,000 GWP, although the majority will be lower. Your expertise will help the clients navigate their insurance needs while contributing to the growth of the business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing excellent service and support to clients.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, renewals, and adjustments for various classes of commercial insurance.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and clients to ensure comprehensive coverage and competitive pricing.
  • Maintain accurate records in our systems, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Support the team in achieving business goals and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial account handling role.
  • Ideally, experience with Acturis or similar insurance software.
  • Strong understanding of various classes of commercial insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
