- Handle a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing excellent service and support to clients.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, renewals, and adjustments for various classes of commercial insurance.
- Collaborate with underwriters and clients to ensure comprehensive coverage and competitive pricing.
- Maintain accurate records in our systems, ensuring compliance and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing queries and providing tailored solutions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Support the team in achieving business goals and client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial account handling role.
- Ideally, experience with Acturis or similar insurance software.
- Strong understanding of various classes of commercial insurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
