Our client is a leading healthcare organisation with a number of private hospitals and health and wellbeing centres situated across the country. They are currently looking for an experienced finance professional to support 3 of their private hospitals (based in London & Oxford) in achieving their exciting growth plans whilst contributing to building a healthier nation…
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with site senior leadership teams (SLT) to deliver the 2025 EBITDA budget and growth over 3 of their private hospital sites
- Regular monitoring against the growth plan to ensure initiatives remain on track, or are mitigated against if not.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and challenge costs to ensure appropriate use of resources.
- Embed a continuous financial performance improvement framework and culture within sites.
- Providing commercial critical friend decision support and business insight.
- Appraisal of business performance and investments.
- Stakeholder management from site SLT, up to regional SLT, and ultimately the Executive Committee.
- Provide finance support for central initiatives on an ad-hoc basis, as required.
Requirements:
- ACA or equivalent accountancy qualification with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
- Demonstrable experience of driving financial improvement within a complex organisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience of FP&A or business partnering within a finance function with the ability to challenge and negotiate
- Strong Microsoft Office skillset, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Experience working within the private healthcare industry in a multi-site setting, particularly with private hospitals is highly desirable
