We are seeking an experienced and dedicated FP&A Manager to join our client's Accounting & Finance team. This role is essential in driving financial planning and analysis within our not-for-profit organisation.

Description
- Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks
- Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems
- Prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper management
- Supervise the Accounting & Finance department to ensure the accurate and timely financial management
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Ensure all departmental decisions and project plans are in line with the company budget and business plan
- Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Fully qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Proven experience as a FP&A Manager in a large organisation, ideally in a Non-profit/ Education provider
- UK Right to Work
- Hybrid working is available, 1 day per week in the office is required.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Job Offer
- A competitive salary, ranging from £49,500 to £60,000
